Designed specifically for Presidents, CEOs and Managing Partners of independently owned and non-competing staffing companies, our members exchange ideas in order to drive company revenue.

We have several chapters within the Presidents RoundTables. Prospective members are matched to a chapter based on numerous variables including company location, revenue size, industries served, types of placement (direct and/or temporary), and corporate goals – creating a true network of peers.

Chapters meet biannually for two days each time at dates and locations determined by our members

Topics Covered

The Presidents RoundTable puts you in control. Members set the agendas and determine the topics discussed at the Presidents RoundTables. As an attendee, you will participate in our unique “Agenda Development Process” where you can describe a key or critical business issue that you want to gather feedback on. This method drives RoundTable discussions that produce tangible results in your business.

Some examples of past Presidents RoundTable key issues are:

Increasing Revenue – How do I enhance company earnings, provide strategic leadership, and increase revenues in a down economy?

Sales Strategies – How do I sell and service with increasing competitive pressure, improve the productivity of my sales staff, set sales performance metrics, increase sales activity, and address competitive threats?

Employee Issues – How do I increase employee productivity, improve morale, hire and retain the best people, manage teams, reduce employee costs?

Marketing – How do I position against margin pressure, find the best ways to market, position, differentiate and refine my value proposition, and use the most effective marketing tools?

Technology – How do I weed through software/hardware updates and changes and find the most cost-effective ways to manage technology?

Industry Developments – How do I address Offshore Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and Vendor Management Systems?
